Shipping To Us
How to safely send your items for Cerakote application
When shipping firearms to us, please follow these guidelines:
- Ensure all firearms are unloaded and safe
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
- Ship to our FFL address (provided after order confirmation)
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Insure your package for the full value
- For non-FFL items, ship to our standard business address
Return Shipping
How we return your completed items
Once your project is complete:
- We'll notify you via email with tracking information
- Firearms are shipped in accordance with federal regulations
- Standard return shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
- Expedited shipping options are available upon request
- All packages are insured for the full value
- Signature confirmation is required for all firearm shipments
Processing Times
Standard projects: 7-10 business days
Complex patterns: 14-21 business days
Rush service: 3-5 business days (additional fee)
Payment Information
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.
50% deposit required for orders over $300.
Full payment required before return shipping.
